4. Payments

- Remaining payments must be made according to the agreed payment schedule.
- Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
5. Refund Policy
Tri Axis Digital, LLC offers a 14-Day No Questions Asked Refund Guarantee.
- Refund requests made within 14 calendar days of the original payment are eligible for a full refund.
- No explanation is required.
- Refund requests received after the 14-day period are not eligible for a refund.

6. Revisions
Unless otherwise specified in your agreement:
- Reasonable revisions are included during the active development process.
- Requests outside the agreed project scope may require additional charges.
- Major changes after project approval may be treated as a new project.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment:
- Ownership of the final approved deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise agreed.
- Tri Axis Digital, LLC retains ownership of proprietary frameworks, tools, templates, methodologies, and pre-existing intellectual property used in delivering the project.
8. Portfolio Rights
Unless prohibited by a separate written agreement, Tri Axis Digital, LLC may display completed projects, designs, screenshots, or publicly available work in its portfolio, website, marketing materials, or social media.
9. Third-Party Services
Projects may involve third-party services including:
- Hosting providers
- Domain registrars
- Payment gateways
- Email services
- Plugins
- APIs
- Software platforms
Tri Axis Digital, LLC is not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing updates, security issues, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.
